2. Booking & Payment

Bookings are made online via Trafft. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Prices are listed in PLN and include all applicable taxes. VAT invoices are issued upon request and sent to you via email.

We reserve the right to cancel the class in case of unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

You may reschedule or cancel your booking up to 72 hours before the class by contacting us via email. Rescheduling or cancellation is valid only after written confirmation from us.

If you cancel within this time frame, we’ll issue a refund minus payment processing fees.

No refunds or rescheduling are available within 72h before the class. Failure to attend without notice will be treated as a no-show and is not eligible for any refund.

Different terms apply to Private Cooking Classes & Corporate Events — please refer to Section 4.

4. Private Cooking Classes & Corporate Events

For private cooking classes or corporate events, the following conditions apply:

• To confirm your booking, a deposit of approximately 20% of the total price is required. The exact amount will be agreed individually and confirmed via email.
• The first deposit must be paid within 7 days of confirming your booking and is non-refundable.
• The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before the scheduled class. This payment is refundable (minus payment processing fees) only if the booking is cancelled at least 7 days before the class.

5. Gift Cards

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be used for any available cooking class, up to the value stated on the card.

If the selected class exceeds the value of the gift card, the price difference must be covered by the holder.

Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be extended beyond their expiration date.

All gift card sales are final, and no refunds are available.

6. Participation

Participants under 18 years old are welcome but will not be served alcohol.

By joining the class, you accept responsibility for your own safety. You must inform us in advance of any allergies or dietary restrictions. We do our best to accommodate them, but we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

We are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during the class, unless caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

7. Consumption of Food & Alcohol

During the class, you will prepare and consume food. Alcohol is included and served in moderation. You are responsible for your own alcohol consumption. We reserve the right to refuse serving alcohol at our discretion.

8. Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Polish law. Any disputes shall be handled by a competent court in Warsaw, Poland.
